"Good mix of brands, honestly a little suspicious"
They’ve got most of the brands I usually look for, plus a few harder-to-find ones that I swear disappear everywhere else like there’s some secret stockroom situation going on. My only gripe is that a couple of my favorites are out of stock way too often, which makes me wonder who’s getting to them first. Overall though, solid selection.

I ordered from Skinstore and was surprised by how quickly it showed up. It shipped almost right away and arrived in just a couple of days. Everything was packed well and there were no problems. Happy with the whole experience.

I ended up canceling my order, it was easier than I expected. Support handled the cancellation quickly. Reading between the lines, the refund process just needed the usual processing time, because it took a few days to show up. Overall, not much hassle.

Skinstore.com was really easy to use. I found what I was looking for quickly, and checkout went through with no problems at all. The filters worked well too, which made it a lot easier to narrow things down. Just a simple, straightforward site without a bunch of confusing stuff getting in the way.

"Reliable delivery every time"
Bottom line: I’ll keep ordering from SkinStore because the delivery has been spot on. I’ve ordered a few times now, and each parcel has arrived when it was supposed to. The tracking updates were easy to follow, and everything showed up on the day it said it would. no hassle at all.

"Good site, but shipping kinda adds up"
I’ve ordered from skinstore a few times now and it’s been smooth, everything showed up fine and the products were exactly what I expected. The prices are usually good too, but yeah the shipping can get a little annoying if you’re not hitting the minimum.
I do wish they had a cheaper shipping option, even if it meant waiting a bit longer, I’d probably order more often. Still giving them 4 stars though because my stuff was packed well and got here on time.

I tried using a promo code on skinstore and expected it to be annoying or not apply like these things often do. But it actually went through on the first try, and the discount showed up in my cart right away. Nothing really to complain about this time, which was a nice change.

"Pretty good international shipping experience"
I ordered from Spain and, i was a little worried at first, you know, since international shipping can be kind of hit or miss. But my parcel showed up in 9 days, which was actually totally fine. The tracking worked well enough, and yeah, nothing was broken when it arrived. I’d probably order again, to be honest.

I was a little worried about customs fees, so I actually read the small print and checked the totals twice before ordering. Logging in and updating my account details was easy, like I just clicked around and it mostly made sense. The only thing that kind of slowed me down was resetting my password, which took longer than I expected and I was sitting there wondering if I missed something, but it did work eventually. So yeah, mostly smooth, just a little annoying in that one spot.
